There’s a million programs and ideas out there surrounding women’s fitness but you just need to know where to start, how to keep going, and what’s truly going to work.
That’s where I come in. I’m not a removed coach, fitness influencer, or one-size-fits-all program template slinger. I’m a woman athlete and mom like you, who has worked full & part-time outside the home, and remote- with all the relational responsibilities and goals that make up our lives! I’ve had varied birth experiences, nursed many women through pregnancy and childbirth, and coached many others before and long after having children- and it doesn’t have to be complicated.
I can meet you where you’re at & help you on your way, whatever your goals through adaptable and intentional methods.

Virtual Consult and 4 week exercise program
If you are in search of direction to modify exercise during pregnancy, identify possible areas for improvement, or need a place to start with postpartum return to your preferred exercise, this is a great place to start. You will receive a video consultation to review your questionnaire, discuss any areas of concern, and goals. Your program will provide 2-3 (as desired) workouts/week appropriate to your stage, fitness level, and goals. Can add on video* or in-person** (if local) coaching assessment prior to receiving program, or additional 30 min coaching calls during program month.
In-person and remote coaching with built-in, custom programming.
This is the perfect package to start you on an adapted pregnancy fitness journey, encompass your first 6 weeks postpartum to focus on pelvic floor/core rehabilitation, or transition into exercise consistency after being cleared by your medical provider. It includes a virtual consult to review your questionnaire, goals, and direction, an in-person (or remote if desired) assessment and coached personal training session*, 2-3 workouts/week x 6 week programming, and 3 30min check-in calls.

3 in-depth Consults and re-assessments, 2 coached sessions, 8 weeks programming
This is the perfect compilation for a TTC/pregnant athlete looking to plan for pregnancy and postpartum in one, a postpartum athlete hoping to encompass rehabilitation followed by transition into exercise consistency, an athlete hoping to return to sport, or anyone who just wants a bit more proactive oversight on their fitness journey. Consults 2 & 3 act as re-assessments to evaluate progress and re-customize programming to prevent missing weaknesses and maximize results. They also act as opportunities to refer for other services like primary care, physical therapy, or nutrition. Programming is progressive and adapted to stage and goals. Discounts on future programming or consults apply.
